The Central Okanagan Baseball Umpire Association is mourning the sudden death of one of their talented young umpires, Alex Thompson. Alex was the recipient of COBUA bursary in 2019 and in the final semester of completing a nursing degree. Thoughts and prayers to Alex Thompson’s family and friends. Words fall short of expressing our grief for your loss, as we mourn with family and friends for this great loss. We are truly sorry to hear of the loss of this promising being.
